In 1973, Rose Muschong Tuhro paid for the preparation of the family crests here. The crest on the left is my interpretation of one prepared by the Sanson Institute for Heraldry The one on the right is my interpretation of one that was prepared by Halbert’s Inc.Both companies insisted that they found the crests in “ancient books of Heraldry” Authenticity of the crests is of course highly questionable.
I would like to thank Karsten Thurow for his help in translating German records, and his encouragement in this undertaking.
